The property was stunningly beautiful with outstandingly accommodating staff who always had a smile on their face and provided excellent service. the room was beautifully maintained and nicely furnished with good housekeeping. the resort had a stunning location, walking distance to everything we needed.

Location: the hotel was close enough to water taxi, the Ambergris Caye, and the pier by Miguel. I ate at the poolside restaurant near the venue. Having a kitchenette and a living room in my well-appointed room was really great. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the ocean.

I got great value for my money at this resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, with comfy beds and a lot of space. The location was convenient, close to Secret Beach and other dining spots, and the staff treated us exceptionally well. a wonderful experience.

The villa with a beach view was fantastic, and the rooms were beautiful and clean. The restaurant, "O," had delicious food, especially the sushi. The resort's own beach made the stay special. I highly recommend this resort for a truly relaxing vacation.

There were some minor drawbacks, such as a tripping spa tub and only lukewarm water in the villa. The advertised fixed prices for meals were not accurate, and the location of the property was a bit far from San Pedro.

The hotel facilities, including the lounge areas, pool, and surrounding chairs, were well-maintained and inviting. The location was great, right on the beach, with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to rent bikes during the day and use the kayaks and paddle boards provided by the hotel. Additionally, the hotel helped us arrange transportation, including golf cart rental and transport to the international Airport.

This beachfront hotel boasts great location perfect for those looking to explore the island. Public areas on the beach are abundant, including the White Sands dive shop next door. You can venture anywhere on the island conveniently and take advantage of the private beaches nearby. the rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds, full kitchens, and modern amenities.

Some rooms may have noise issues, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience.

The complementary drinks upon arrival were delightful! the hotel's beachfront location was perfect for watching the New Year's Eve fireworks over the ocean. the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was a bit small and lacked storage space. the noise level from the nearby bars and restaurants was quite high and made it hard to sleep.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the beach access had some seaweed and was not as clean as we expected. the hotel staff worked tirelessly to keep it as pristine as possible.
